Thibault Dujardin is a seasoned professional in Technology M&A, bringing nearly a decade of experience in investment banking and corporate finance. Over the years, he has developed a strong foundation in deal execution and strategic advisory within the technology sector.

Most recently, Thibault worked as at Lincoln International, where he worked on M&A transactions with a focus on the technology industry. He provided strategic advice to clients, leveraging his extensive network and deep industry knowledge to facilitate successful deals. Before this, he worked at ICON Corporate Finance, where he specialized in advising high-growth technology companies on mergers and acquisitions, helping expand the firm’s presence in the tech M&A landscape.

Thibault holds a Master of Science in Finance from The University of Ghent.
