Gregory Timmerman has spent nearly 10 years in Technology M&A and brings specific knowledge from the field of Technology M&A investment banking and best-in-class deal execution capabilities with him.

Before co-founding WizeCap, Gregory gained M&A deal execution experience at leading international investment banks such as Oppenheimer, GCA Altium and most recently, Raymond James.

Throughout his career, Gregory has demonstrated a deep understanding of the technology sector, staying abreast of the latest market trends and industry developments. He has successfully facilitated numerous transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic partnerships, helping clients achieve their growth and expansion goals. Key clients include: Vosko, UnifiedPost, Custom Connect, iWelcome, SecureLink, Prevero, MCS Solutions and Ferranti.

Gregory is focused on providing high-quality, tailor-made advice to each client, taking the time to understand their unique needs, challenges, and long-term objectives, enabling him to develop customized strategies that maximize value and mitigate risks. With his extensive network of industry contacts, Gregory ensures that his clients have access to a broad range of potential buyers and investors, enhancing the likelihood of successful transactions.

Gregory is the current President of BRIKS, a leading organisation he co-founded in 2011, counting 100 young professionals active in private equity, consulting, corporate and start-ups across London, Brussels and Amsterdam.

Gregory holds a Master’s degree in business engineering from KU Leuven.
