Fredrik has spent 30 years in business value driving leadership roles within the global tech industry and is today a full-time advisor to several Private Equity firms, an investor and Chairman/Non-executive board director at several Software-as-a-Service companies.

Fredrik was recently Group Senior Vice President and member of the Group Executive Committee, at IFS AB, the globally recognized leader in enterprise software, where he among others was responsible for Corporate Development and Mergers & Acquisitions.

Prior to joining IFS, Fredrik worked in senior executive roles within general management, sales, professional services, and marketing at Cap Gemini Ernest & Young, Ericsson and Asea Brown Boveri (ABB) in Sweden, Germany, Australia, and New Zealand.

He has extensive expertise in scaling Software-as-a-Service companies globally and designing and executing on an M&A strategy. Fredrik led IFS’ successful M&A growth activities, closing and fully integrating multiple international software M&A transactions and is widely considered as a true software M&A expert.
